At your consultation, you will receive a written surgical fee quotation. This includes:

• The cost for the operating room facility and any special equipment or garments.
  
• The overnight stay in the hospital or extended care facility if planned.
  
• The professional fee charged by the anesthesiologist at your procedure.
  
• The approximated cost of laboratory and prescription medications. These may be covered by your insurance.
  

Consultation Fee

• The fee for initial consultation is $50.00, due the day of your consultation.
  
• Follow-up consultations for the same procedure are no charge.
  

Financing Your Surgery

• Financing is available from several outside financing companies. Your application can be submitted on the day of your consultation. The loan approval process takes approximately 30 minutes.
  
• Interest rates start at 9.99% (average 11.99%) depending on credit worthiness.
  
• A "90-Days Same As Cash" option is available on all loans.
  
• Dr. Hand is paid directly by the lender and 100% of the procedure cost can be financed.
  
• There are no costs to the applicant unless the terms of the loan are accepted.
  
• Loan consultants are available that speak English, Spanish, French, Italian, German and Russian.
  
• The low monthly payment of 5% of the amount financed continues until the loan is paid off in approximately twenty-four months.
